Students, teachers, families, and community advocates came together at the Baltimore City School Board on October 21 with a shared message: Strong arts programs need centralized district support.

Our speakers delivered thoughtful, compelling testimony calling for accountability in arts funding and expanded instrumental music access. Their experiences highlighted why sustained support for arts education matters to our students and schools.

Thank you to everyone who helped organize, spoke, and showed up in support! If you couldn’t join us, stay connected as we build on this momentum toward the FY28 budget.
